  • Expect password re-authentication before viewing bank details
  • Do not screenshot bank details into tickets or chat
  • Use finance roles sparingly; prefer view vs manage split
  • Export CSVs only to secure locations; treat them as personal data
  • Remember Campsite exports for external payroll; it does not submit PAYE for you
  • If you see payroll data you should not, sign out and tell a Super Admin
