Sign in to your Campsite workspace

Your Campsite organisation has its own hostname. Signing in on the wrong host is the most common access problem we see.

Correct URL pattern

https://{org}.camp-site.co.uk/login

Example: https://acme-demo.camp-site.co.uk/login

Bookmark the login page your invite email used.

Sign-in steps

1. Open your organisation login URL.
2. Enter the email address on your Campsite account (usually your work email).
3. Enter your password.
4. Select Sign in.
5. Complete MFA if prompted (authenticator code or email code depending on setup).
6. If you belong to multiple organisations in the mobile app, pick the correct organisation after authentication.

First-time users

Use Set my password from the invite email before trying to sign in. Do not create a second account if the invite seems slow; ask an admin to resend.

After sign-in

You land on the dashboard for your role. Missing menus usually mean permissions, not a broken login.

If sign-in fails

1. Confirm the organisation slug in the URL.
2. Reset password if needed.
3. Check account state (pending approval, inactive, org suspended).
4. Open a support ticket with the exact URL and account email.
